ParaCom AB caters to companies and organisations. We apply the customary terms between businesses and deliver against invoice after credit rating. Our webshop is open and requires no login or that you first open an account. Would you, however, that your information and orders shall be saved; you can create an account when you place your first order in the store. The account can be created when you get to the checkout, tick "I wont to create an account" to save all the data for the next time you visit our webshop. All prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Within Sweden a standard shipping cost of 75 SEK Excl. VAT is charged, regardless of size and weight. ParaCom with registration number 556395-5649 are approved for VAT. Complaints and returns are preceded by an email to order@paracom.se. The email should describe the item number and/or name, the nature of the error and your contact person. When ParaCom has confirmed the complaint through email with possible instructions, the product should be sent back to ParaCom. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to ParaCom while ParaCom pays the return shipping, as long as the product is within the warranty. If outside of warranty or if the defect was caused by improper handling or similar, a flat shipping of 75 SEK will be charged. ParaCom gives a 1-year warranty, from date of delivery on all serial numbers labelled products. No warranty is given on cords or consumption materials. Should errors in delivery be detected while unpacking at the customer, ParaCom should be contacted immediately for necessary action. Otherwise, it is our desire that any obstacles or challenges are to be solved subsequently in a flexible and non-bureaucratic manner so that our service will be the best for you as a customer. |
